Marsheila Tillman, Ed.S.

Marsheila Tillman, a native of Reynolds, Ga, is the proud wife of Earl Tillman II. She is a 2006 graduate of Taylor County High School. Immediately after graduation, Marsheila began her collegiate journey at The Fort Valley State University where she majored in Middle Grades Education.  Shortly after graduating, Marsheila decided to return home to teach with the Taylor County School System. She also enrolled at Georgia Southern University; graduating with a Master of Education in Accomplished Teaching in 2014. 

Marsheila holds an Ed. S in Educational Leadership from Georgia College and State University. She has certifications in Middle Grades Reading, ELA, and Social Studies, Gifted, K-12 Reading Specialist endorsement, Performance Based Educational Leadership Tier II, Coaching Endorsement and Teacher Support And Coaching Endorsement.

After five years as a classroom leader, Marsheila was promoted to an Academic Coach with the Bibb County School District, finding her passion for coaching and mentoring teachers. During her assignment as the Academic Coach, Marsheila was accepted to and completed the National Institute for Urban School Leaders program at Harvard University and was nominated for ASCD Emerging Leaders Award. 

In 2019, Marsheila received another promotion and began serving as an Assistant Principal in a rural district in South Georgia where she currently enjoys building relationships with teachers and advocating for students. Currently, Marsheila is a doctoral candidate at Georgia College and State University for the Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: K-12 leadership track. 

Marsheila is a member of the Warner Robins Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and is the proud owner of Q Exclusive, Inc. and The Royal Effect LLC. Her mission, in and outside of her career, is to do what's necessary in order to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
